  We moved house about two months back with Bundaberg Removals and Storage. The guys were very professional and ruthlessly efficient. In a stressful time for us moving house, they got the job done and did it well! They were very flexible in delivering after the previous house settled, into the late evening. Cannot recommend them enough

  Made one of the most trying an annoying days very pleasant. Staff are professional, considerate of items and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend them. Very competitive pricing. Thank you Chris an staff.

  The biggest problem with these removalists is Chris the manager, worst customer experience I have ever had to experience. I would prefer to give a 1 star but since the removal guys were friendly enough, I don't want to put them out of a job. The whole move day took 12 hours for packing our boxes that were already packed!!! It was ridiculous, we were expecting maybe 5 hours give or take, but 12 hours was insane when we had an expectation to be able to clean the house after they left, yet we were forced to be up until midnight and the next day cleaning once they left at 8pm!! Point is, they should have told us in advance that it is likely to take 10 or more hours. Once I advised Chris of our long day of packing, helping removalists (and they still took 12 hours!!), then cleaning, Chris advised me that the long day is irrelevant.....we are not paying by the hour! Really? The audacity of this so called manager to tell me that my long day and night was irrelevant. Absolutely disgusted in his approach to paying customers. I will NEVER use their services again.

  We used these guys the other week to move into our new two storey house. With our glass balustrading and wood floors we were concerned about moving heavy items (fridge, piano and heavy gym equipment) into our new home. We expressed our concerns and all I can say is these guys were super careful, easy to work with and made our move easy. No marks on our wood floors and no damage to our new home. These guys took the stress out of the move and would highly recommend them for any size move. Thanks heaps Chris and the team.

  Fantastic service. From quote process to pick up and drop off, we were happy. The guys who collected our furniture were very thorough and absolute gentlemen. Our furniture was dropped off in Brisbane the same day and all care was taken to ensure our furniture was cared for. Would absolutely recommend this professional company
